3 Personal Identification Numbers

 

 Company Code

 Card Code

Individual Code

 Code type 4-digit code awarded to all the cards of your company.  
Linked to the card, this 4-digit card is used when you assign cards to the drivers.

 

2X 4-digit code : a confidential code and a driver number. Is used when you assign the cards to your vehicles and the codes to your drivers.

 Principle

 

 

 

 Advantages Manage your vehicle fleet. Simple and practical system, protection against use by outsiders.

Manage your fleet by driver. Use of the reserved card restricted to one person, protection against use of a card by other partners of the company. 

Monitor your consumptions by vehicle and/or driver. Possibility for all drivers to use all the company's cards. Identification of the driver using a vehicle card.


Monitoring the mileage

 For more security and increased reliability, the monitoring your mileage is an effective way of controlling consumption. Your drivers can note down the vehicle mileage every time they fill the tank. This data will appear on your detailed report. You can also obtain a summary per driver and/or vehicle. In case of abnormal usage, the user is alerted.


Other options are available in some countries :
Authorized days : You can choose whether or not to authorize the use of cards on weekends or Bank Holidays.
The limits : You can set fuel and service expenditure limits that are not to be exceeded on the card. If the limit is reached we either send you an alert message on your mailbox, or the  use of the card is barred.

 

Commitments to tackle fraud

1st commitment: detection of abnormal consumption :

  • We alert you in the case of an abnormal use of your cards (transaction above tank capacity, high litrage…)
  • You are informed by phone and if absent an alert is faxed to you. 
  •  This will allow you to check whether your card has been lost or stolen.


2nd commitment: quicker absolution of financial liability

  •  From the moment you call us, your financial liability is immediately absolved (instead of 72 hours commonly).
  • If your card continues to be used, we take responsibility for fraudulent operations : fuel, services… as well as toll fees.


3rd commitment: attentive to your needs, 24/7

  • Possibility of blocking your cards at any time during office hours, by contacting your manager-even outside office hours, during weekends and Bank Holidays with your card number.


4th commitment: rapid re-processing of your cards

  • We guarantee that your cards will be processed and sent out to you within two working days following your request for a duplicate.
